Online: Ancient Rome - This educational website
aimed at middle school students explores ancient Near Eastern, Egyptian,
Greek, and Roman cultures. At Odyssey Online visitors will find museum
objects from the Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University in Atlanta,
Georgia and the Memorial Art Gallery of the University of Rochester
in Rochester, New York. Students can make their own discoveries through
puzzles, games, and worksheets. Topics include people, mythology, daily
life, death and burial, writing and archeology. (Requires QuickTime,
